The Tale Of The Dancing Pig

Once a pig lived on a farm
He tried to learn ballet
Fell off a pail
Hurt his tail
Now curly it must stay.
Tutu on, correctly dressed
He flew right through the air
He’d totter
On each trotter
With graceful piggy flair.
He made a fatal error
He tried to turn about
Met the ground
As he went down
That’s how he got his snout.
The moral of my story
For each of us to know
Is that swine
Cannot keep time
When they put on a show.
